Really disappointed that I had to only leave 3 stars as the product is fantastic.Unfortunately, the user manual and after support are about as useful as a paracetamol in a nuclear bomb detonation.Manual kindly explains all the bits that are really obvious, like to plug an input hdmi cable into the hdmi ports labelled "input" etc..But if you want any information on rs232 or IP connectivity, and what software to use and where to get it (doesnt come with the product) then you will bit bitterly disappointed.And then there's the website, which is worse than the manual, as not only doest it have the same lack of information, but uses your electricity for the privlage of finding that out.But at least they have live chat support. No one ever responds, but they do have it....SummaryProduct, AmazingAny help on using it, Pointless.
