I purchased this canopy from you guys a couple weeks ago. Love the canopy. Unfortuantely a storm broke some pieces. Do you sell replacement parts?

I didn't use mine right away and so I set it up a couple days ago. It just rained and the thing broke! I would have to say this thing is the worst canopy ever!

How easy is it to get back into the carry case when you take it down?

Getting the frame back into the case is very easy- even for one person. We didn’t even try to get the cover back in, however. If a person wanted to take the time to fold it precisely, maybe it’s possible. Ours just goes into a 5 gallon pail. Love the easy set-up too. Again, easy for one person doing it alone.

If I leave the cover on do I undo the Velcro tabs or leave them fastened?

Only the white ones. Leave the corners attached.

Can this be screwed in the ground

Not sure what you mean by “screwed in”, but they come with useless tie down hooks you can push into the ground. Buy some spikes that fit through the holes in the legs and hammer into the ground.
