Do these have an adhesive strip or screws to mount on surface?

Came with screw on clips but you could use double sided adhesive strip

Is the picture of this strip in the bathroom truly this channel? I thought its a corner channel?

The seller shows several options available, including the'plaster-in' format ( I believe that's one variation shown in the picture ) I've used several - the corner channel & frosted diffuser are very well made / pretty good value, too

What is the maximum led tape width??

The part where you stick the tape is 10mm wide
