BlundstoneBL587 Classic 550 Chelsea Boot

I had ordered numerous pairs of Blundstone boots before I managed to get the best fit for me. Previous reviews advised ordering a smaller size, but this advice did not work for me. I think it may depend on the style you order, but this particular style was my true size. These boots are not black, as advertised, but a sort of smoke/charcoal grey. They are quite a good neutral colour, which suits me fine. The best thing about these boots is that they don’t need ‘breaking in’ and were very comfortable from the first time I wore them. The sole is very sturdy and overall I would expect them to last for a long time. Prices vary, according to the style and supplier, but I think they are a good alternative to walking boots, which can also be pricey. My first impression of these boots is very good and I would recommend them, albeit you may have to try various styles and sizes before you find ‘the one’.

Never heard of blundstone before thought I’d give them a try as the reviews where so good. I am a dead on 10.5 and that’s what I got. Slid my foot in and you know that feeling when you put shoes or boots on, perfect fit, no pressure points, no loose fitting around the ankles, nice fitting footbed. Super comfy from the first time I put my feet in them. Used for a couple of months through the winter so far and they are fantastic. If and when I ever buy another pair of boots it will 100% be blundstones. I paid £118 for mine, I think they where in the sale so probably worth waiting for.

i bought these after my daughter kept on extolling the virtues of her ones, including the good grip that they have. The fit is excellent &, they feel good when worn. I think that they will last for many years. My only problem is getting out of them! If there is a boot jack I am fine, but if there is nothing available to help me I really struggle to pull the second boot off! Maybe they will ease off a bit after wear.

Amazing shoes, such great quality. The size 3 fit me perfectly lengthwise (I'm between a 3 and a 4), but I have high arches so the top feels super tight. I'm hoping they loosen out a little over time. My favourite boots I've ever owned!

For me one factor was all the references to Australia and Tasmania - in fact the labels attached to the boot say that. But inside is a label that says "Made in Vietnam". Not to say that's a bad thing, just not quite what the photos and marketing would infer. I'll need to wear them for some months over winter to truely decide how good they are. But fitting even with my very wide feet is comfortable. The quality on initial inspection is good, stitching very good, soles have a few very small bubbles but nothing to impair the boots.

Great boot, comfortable sole would not recommend wearing dress(thin) socks cause of the stiffness of the heel. Only use sports and walking socks. Good toe flex and pretty good waterproof leather upper. Very robust exterior as I've been caught by thorns on the leather upper and only modern 'shredding' and still waterproof. Great tread as these can often be useless on wet smooth rocks but there appears to be enough surface area for grip. Insole had medium arch support but offset by walking socks that have arch compression in the stitching. As a prime point their look appease the 'smart dress' shoe/boot and as such are great for work.

I’m really pleased I’d decided to buy Blunderstones, they have been very comfortable from the first time I’ve worn them. A good quality boot! Delivery was as expected, no negatives here!

Quick delivery, good price. I have been wearing these for years, so I know they fit big. Size down. Beware, half sizes are wider, not longer. So 7 and 7.5 are the same length (about a UK 8 /42 equivalent on the high street ) but the same width.
