I purchased this after some hesitation and much research as a well wished for Christmas gift for a 12 year old. Overall I am happy with the product for the following reasons:- we’ll made,- looks like each piece is carved out of single piece of wood, so no glue used- no smell to the varnish; which was mentioned in other products- practical- with 2 tiers and a useful divider to arrange food. Bear in mind, divider is lose in the box, but this is by design.Things to consider: - item is on a small side! I suppose still good and large enough for a lunch for a child or someone with a smaller appetite, but my hubby would go hungry! On plus side - good for portion control if needed!- Lunch box is completely NOT leak free - no sauces or dressings will work here, but to be honest I’m not sure I would put liquid in a wooden vessel for any extended period of time either - it would soak into the grain after all.These are my pros and cons. Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase - it is an attractive item.

Product looks beautiful but arrived without the elastic band to hold the boxes together so it means that they’re not very portable now. Not overly pleased

This box is exactly as advertised and I am very happy with it.

Really cool design, I really enjoy preparing my bento every night before work.The only negative thing I would say is that it is on the smaller side. It's enough but sometimes I would like to fit just a little bit more. As you can see on the pic (left bento) I can fit a good meal so it's not a big problem, I'm a hungry person.The cutlery that comes with it it's well sealed and it's comfortable to eat with in my opinion.Easy to hand wash (only 3 pieces plus the divider and cutlery).I wouldn't say it's leakproof since it doesn't have any rubber seal but I can't confirm since I do "dry" food and haven't tried soups or runny sauces.Haven't try heating it in the microwave but I wouldn't recommend it since it's wood.Really sturdy and I would say it will last me a long time and lots of trips from home to work!

This is a lovely wooden bento box but it's small so get your ruler out before ordering otherwise you could be disappointed.

Neben den zarten Frauenhänden sieht die Bento-Box ziemlich groß aus. Im richtigen Leben ist sie dann aber doch nur ungefähr so groß wie in der Beschreibung.Punkten kann die Box mit einem tollen Aussehen. Alle ist gut verarbeitet, wenngleich man stellenweise, leicht, den Geräteeinsatz erkennen kann.Alle in allem bin ich mit diesem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Es ist wunderschön und sorgt dafür, dass meine zukünftigen Mahlzeiten stets frisch jedoch nicht zu üppig ausfallen.Klare Empfehlung.

Il colore non corrisponde minimamente alle foto: è un arancione giallastro. Legno di qualità pessima (non vale la cifra pagata).I contenitori e il coperchio sovrapposti non si incastrano (che va bene) ma c’è mezzo centimetro di differenza a slittano l’uno sull’altro.Impossibile trasportarlo senza l’elastico in dotazione (pessimo anche quello si romperà presto).Carine le posate ma non usatele per mangiare sono verniciate con una finitura sottilissima come il contenitore, mangerete vernice al primo sfregamento.

Fácil de limpiar, practico y ligero. El azufaifo es un árbol que existe desde hace más de 200 millones de años antes de la separación de los continentes... que aún perdure es una proeza, el uso de su madera un acierto. Estamos satisfechos con la compra.

Diese Brotdose ist die erste, an der ich nichts auszusetzen habe! Sie hält Brote wirklich frisch, die werden also nicht pappig oder matschig. Sogar Apfelspalten oder Gurke bleibt da drin schön. Sogar bis zum Abend falls das Kind doch keinen Hunger hatte. Das Gummiband hält die Dose auch geschlossen wenn ich auf die 2. Etage verzichte, also richtig gut. Jetzt brauche ich nur noch einen nachfüllbaren Joghurtbecher, der da rein passt (Fruchtzwerge sind leider zu groß), aber da suche ich noch.

The design of the box is fine but all I could use it for would be pre-wrapped solid foods (forget about gravies or sauces -- it is not leak-proof), since the wood polish it is coated with is not something I would want to come into contact with anything I am planning to put in my mouth.
