15 years , air filter, spark plugs when needed, 2 pull starts. Still going strong. NO SMOKE.

I have own and used doing 4 yards bi-weekly now for 10 years, and used it on 12 yards weekly for 1st 5 years, total 15 years, air filter, spark plug change when needed, pull 2 times it starts. Still going strong. Duct tape hose. NO SMOKE

Fortunately, they have a 2 year warranty

I bought one of these 2 years ago online. I'd give it 5+ stars on being the strongest production backpack blower in the world. There is no question about it being the strongest. The problem is that the motor mounts broke after about 2 years. Fortunately, they have a 2 year warranty. I think they forgot to use loctite at the factory and introduced this problem. I've been with out my favorite blower for over 2 weeks waiting on warranty service. I'm thinking about buying a stihl as a backup. When I get it back after about 3 weeks, I'm going to check that they used loctite on the motor mounts. If stihl made a blower this powerful, redmax would be out of business.
