Is it easy to talk through the mask and have people understand what you're saying?

yes, they can hear and understand you although it gets hot in there. Just a fabulous mask and so much fun.

Does it come in the flesh color as seen in the photo... or white (as a customer showed)?

Yes the cigarette is in her mouth it is a fabulous costume I made a mannequin body and used the mask over the head very realistic
