Good design
This is a good design, it has a rigid plastic spacer in the center around the faucet hole, which ensures that the plate doesn't get deformed if you tighten your faucet real hard. There's still the foam "gasket" around the spacer.I got the chrome one, real shiny :)I advise putting down some silicone caulk around the edge to seal better rather than relying on the foam. If you do, put the caulk under the foam around the edge, and wipe off excess after you tighten, rather than tightening and then going round the edge with the caulk.

Thankful I found this faucwr plate
I bought some faucets on clearance and they did not come with plates. I was about tot throw them away or try to resell them. Figured I would try to find a plate on Amazon, and to my surprise, Amazon really does have everything! These plates fit perfect and cover the extra faucet openings on my vanity top. Easy to install and a perfect fit!

A very good, with one tiny flaw for a perfectionist to worry about
I hate two handle faucets. They are dumb. And yes, I am an European living in the US. These cover plates are a must unless you are replacing the whole sink (good luck picking the one that fits your cabinet perfectly). the plate is almost perfect. There is a a bit of imperfection on the corner of then plate, which is 5/16” thick. But for the price and function I decided to install it. It has nice foamy insert and also strengthening plastic plate right under the ring, so you can tighten your faucet well without worrying it would move. I will see how this plate last. But for now I am quite happy.

Excellent Quality, great for covering stained porcelain
I purchased new bathroom faucets, when I removed the old ones the porcelain was stained and it would not come out. The baseplate for the new faucet was not as big as the old one and the stain showed. I purchased this base plate because it was slightly larger than the one that came with the faucet, and it covered the stain perfectly. The quality of this product is really good, even though it's made overseas.

Went from a 3 hole to single hole faucet!
Faucet didn’t include a mounting bracket plus I needed to cover up the existing two holes not needed now. The color was chrome to match the new faucet and it was 6 inches for a bathroom faucet not the 10 inches for a kitchen faucet ; perfect fit, and looks nice! Great price too. Bought to finish another purchase
The media could not be loaded. I needed an escutcheon for a set of taps that did not come with one. The brushed look is not a perfect match but close enough I'm happy. It's a more bright finish but still brushed.Perfectly coveres the two holes from the original set! (not installed yet due to getting sick)ok so I could finish the review properly I took a half hour and finished the job!!!Can't go wrong for the price!!!Recommended purchase!
