Great workout surface for the money
This flooring is working great underneath our workout rack. We ended up using 32 tiles within one garage bay. The rubber top layer is nice and firm. I would never drop heavy weight from above my head onto this (as I don’t think it’s thick enough), but otherwise it makes for a great workout surface. One thing, if you leave a heavy weight in one spot for a long period of time, it will leave an indentation in the floor tiles that rises/disappears after a day or so.

Good but not great
Rubber layer on top of EVA foam is too thin it should really be 1/4" thick (not 1/8"). The tiles interlock well enough to work however the seams never stay perfectly flat so you end up with hard zig zag tile joints sticking up all over the place. Also the EVA foam layer is to soft and compresses to easily which just makes the joint separation issue worse. I did overcome this by putting double sided carpet tape under some of the tile joints. Lastly some of the tiles had a color fleck in them, not that big of a deal but a discrepancy non the less. Odor was moderate when the packages are opened, but after 1 week it is barely noticable.

Terrible Quality Control
Garbage: I tried to use this as flooring for a home gym.Complete garbage.1) Quality control is crap. I sent 1 set back because there were so many irregularities (different shades, unevenly cut. They sent another set w/the same issues.2) They don't keep their shape: foam is low quality, so putting weights down on them for a few minutes, and the foam gets impacted, and now you have a nice dent in your flooring.3) They don't stay in place if you plan on putting more than 3 in a row or column, I used double-sided tape to tape some of them down.4) The foam on the bottom sucks up water. A small amount of Water got in through the garage door and the edges of the foam tiles sucked the water up so that 2 to 3 rows in, the foam tiles were wet. If you do plan on using this for flooring, you will need to seal the edges in some way. Since the teeth are also terribly imprecise, spills will lead to mold/mildew.

Same thickness as more expensive similar product
I ordered 2(six tiles) sets from a "Health and Fitness" company who advertised theirs as being ½ inch thick as opposed to this identical looking product but advertised as ⅜" thick. I decided that they were probably the same and these were much less expensive-I tried them side by side and they are the same thickness! They are around 11.2 mm thick-between ⅜ and ½" .Velotas underspeced theirs and charges less, the other company sold theirs as ½ and it is not.

Great look and very durable. Highly recommended for home gym.
This product was exactly as described. Install was super easy and the final result was perfect. We floored our entire spare bedroom with this to convert it into a workout room. Installed straight onto the concrete. The look and feel is that of a professional gym. It is very durable and we have put many heavy things on the floor without damaging or denting it.

Nice Product for the Price
We really liked that these were a combo of foam and rubber. The foam makes them lighter weight and the rubber makes the top very durable (we have a cat w/ claws, so this may help our exercise flooring last a bit longer). There was a bit of inconsistency in the way these were cut so some of the tiles fit together perfectly and some weren't quite perfect but will work for what we need. We've only just installed them so we can't speak much to the long term quality/durability but it was an easy install and really makes our basement look nice.

Excellent mat, but wish it stayed together a little better
This is an excellent mat for the price, but it does seem to have a hard time staying interlocked. I probably would still buy again for my use but if you are doing "grip" movements, like slides or squat thrusts, it may come apart.

Great but one thing bothering
It works well as it advertised. The only thing bothering me is the corner. It tilted out sometimes. If I don’t press it back quickly, it will tumble someone easily. If the tilted part get kicked too often, the upper layer will detach and curl which is dangerous and ugly.
