Still like new after over 2 years of daily use.
This pan just works. Photos are how the pan looks today, Dec 4, 2024. So that is after 2 years of daily use. I hand wash it and generally use non-metallic utensils but still use metal spatulas and whisks.

The Best!
I decided to try the Demeyere pans because my other cookware did not hold up to cooking. The Demeyere cookware is well made and impressive but the best part is they cook great. My food is better and the heat distribution is so improved, the water boils differently and the pasta cooks evenly and then it tasted different, better! I’m only a chef in my own kitchen but I would definitely recommend the Demeyere cooking pans, they are made to cook! I’m so happy!

It's an expensive pan
When it came to skillets, it was 10 or 12 inches. But I thought I'd see what an 8 inch skillet would do for me. I have found it to be very handy. I don't think I needed to spend this much though. That said, I have a very good pan and I hope it will be around for a long time. I'll go with a less premium non-stick if I need to replace it.

Great nonstick quality
Nice pan for frying with little oil, grease in the skillet. Cleaning is a breeze. I use it on my smooth-top stove and get even distribution of heat. I wish it came with a lid but I do have one from another pan that fits. I'm very pleased with the depth of the pan also.

great with induction
Our previous pan was compatible with induction cooktops but since the bottom was slightly warped it didn't cook evenly. This pan has a very flat bottom with grooves in it to keep is stable, it looks like it will stay flat over time. I also like the steep sides which make flipping things by hand easy - food is less likely to slide out of the pan. The non-stick surface works well and is easy to clean.

Quality company.
Love the companies products for cooking. However, this item had some non-uniform heating surface areas. Also,would prefer to have some type of lifting attachment opposite pan handle .
