Highly recommend!
I seldom write reviews on Amazon but I learned so much from this book that I felt I needed to say something about it.I've read a number of legal marketing books and I often find them to be long on successful case studies but short on what I can do to get more leads. This is not one of those books.Everyone knows that Google is important. Now I know why. Probably half of this book is about Google. Is social media/website/Yelp/etc. important? Yes, and now I know why.Matejka explained the big picture for me, and the little details and I know it's going to help. I can't recommend this book more.

Filled with Must Have Information
This book is very informative and I'm so glad to have found it. The information is easy to understand and provided a roadmap for ways to standout in a competitive online market. I look forward to implementing the author's many suggestions. It's obvious from his years of experience in online marketing, specifically with all things Google, that he knows this subject matter quite well.

A Rare Find…A Wonderful Book by an Incredible Individual!
Ken Matejka’s book, The Lawyer’s Ultimate Guide to Online Leads is wonderful! I would recommend it to lawyers and others who are trying to build their own business and find online marketing confusing. The presentation of information was reader-friendly, understandable, very clear and to the point. It is a comfortable read. It is amazing how the updated the book remains - with the 6th and 7th edition both released in the same year, allowing the readers to stay current with the dynamic marketing strategies. While building a legal practice, there are a multitude of tasks, of which marketing is very important. First making a website, figuring out how to promote it, then monitoring its progress is daunting. Ken gave pointers on how to make a more appealing website, deciphered the confusing Google Analytics, and gave simple suggestions how to maximize my social media. Ken’s book helps you think of the multitude of pathways clients can reach your website, with pointers on how to stand out and have wide reach. I had a call with Ken, and he was extremely helpful and so kind, answering all my questions and giving valuable insights. Such sincerity is a rare find. We plan to work with him.Thank you, Ken.

Easy to follow tips for lawyers on a budget
This book was exactly what I needed. I have a small practice and want to do my own google ads and online marketing. This book helped walk me through the steps of setting up my google ads with a lot of great recommendations to get clients to my site. I highly recommend!

Super Informative Tricks of the Trade
I know a thing or two about legal marketing because I own a firm that regularly dials in 30% growth per year. That said, Ken taught me a batch of new tricks not only with his book but by getting on the phone with him. He’s extremely generous with his knowledge and a complete honest dealer in the marketplace. We plan to work with him and I’ve been referring him to all my other law firm on her friends.

decent book but lacks depth
This book is good for a lawyer who just want to begin to give him the overall list of work he needs to do, without any depth at all. He goes through google Ads in few pages, this is a topic that needs 20 pages; easily.

I have never written a review before, however I am doing so now because Ken must be endorsed for this marvelous book. This book was a pleasure to read and exact on all points discussed. It is a new age and dinosaur attorneys (like myself, a Biotech Attorney) must convert to the digital world of maintaining a legal business presence. Through this book, I have learned how to advertise a law practice digitally. In evaluating this book, one IMPORTANT THING that must be taken into consideration is that Ken is an attorney. Thus, he fully understands attorneys and the legal field-- he understands our wants, needs and bar commitments on advertising.

Useless Book for Lawyers.
The book is written for those computer/software guys. Not for lawyers. I am in law practice for the past 16 years and thought that this book would help me to improve my practice by doing what is described in the book all by myself. Not so. I must hire some professional in internet marketing and website developer who know those things. I don't recommend the book to any lawyer. Just hire one of those computer/software internet marketing guys instead and they will do it for you.

If you're a lawyer, this book will both save and make you time and money
Superb book for any lawyer looking to drum up business using the internet. Matejka lucidly explains the "why" and the "what" of internet marketing for law firms, backing his claims up with the vast data at his disposal. Matejka does not attempt to cover the "how" in intricate detail - no single book could, and every firm will differ - but the chief value of this book is he narrows down for the confused lawyer (no doubt, overwhelmed by the number of online marketing channels available today, claiming to offer bang for buck), the avenues which are going to give the best return on your investment of time and money.By the end of the book, you will have a solid online marketing plan - in fact, he drafts one for you. After that, it's up to you to study up on each particular avenue (each of which warrants at least a book) or to hire a professional, in order to implement that plan. Matejka also gives advice on how to hire suitable marketing consultants, without getting ripped off.Also worth mentioning: Matejka appears to be the only author in this space who updates his book annually - crucial in an environment in constant flux. He also very generously offers to send former purchasers the updated copy.Five out of five.
