I have bought two of these over the years and I love them! I received this on-time and in good condition and have been pleased by how long the material actually lasts and works great with my Philips Dream Machine set up. I'll continue to buy them from this vendor because it's cheaper than many other CPAP stores.

I use one of those under-the-nose masks and this holds the cpap mask to my face way better than the plastic+fabric thing that came with the machine. The air ducts on the under-the-nose mask frequently collapse while I'm sleeping because of the poor fit, but since I started using this I haven't run into that problem.

I don’t think this would work for a man. I have a medium head and the straps barely close. But for me it works better than the original that comes with the pillows. It seems to stay in place better with less leakage. But it is small and a bit tight to initially put over my head. Once on it’s fine.

It dose work

Extremely Poor Quality as compared to the real branded Respironics Dreamwear Headgear. But it's cheap and it will work. But it will annoy you as it shifts around in the night and you have to tighten it over and over disturbing your sleep. I suggest you spend the right amount and get the real thing that will last for years.EDIT: This company reached out to me to offer a full refund since I didn't like the product. I have increased my review stars from 1 to 3 for this reason.

Worked well to replace a worn one.

I have these on auto order due to the fact that I am bald and need to change them regularly with an oily head. Great option. Easy to switch out quickly!

Not substantial. Product is minimal. Opening at back is small and can slip off your head
