Generous quantity of food coloring for a very reasonable price. The tubes seem more efficient and are easier to use than the squeeze bottles and jars I have used previously. I have only tried two of the colors so far, but the red alone is worth a five star review. I make and sell decorated cakes and cookies on a small scale, and have always cringed when it came time to mix up red icing/frosting. I have tried the more commonly available gel colors and wound up with weirdly separated icings (add more sugar to fix texture, add more color to darken, rinse, repeat) and disappointing pinks but today the laces on my baseball cupcakes were really and truly red and it didn't take me all afternoon or all of the food coloring I had in the pantry to make it happen. Hallelujah!

These are really good! Bought them before my daughters birthday because she wanted a galaxy cake. I’ve never used gel food coloring before but it’s highly superior to liquid. Colors are bright and vivid and stay that way after being baked. We loved them so much that we used them for a project she had making 250 portions of slime and the kids were all impressed with the variety of colors. Also, there’s a LOT in each container. You really only need a little bit, so these will last us a while! I will definitely buy them again.

The texture of the gel is a bit thick, but the colors are gorgeous and vibrant, the ingredients aren't terrible and they dyed delicate Macaron batter with no issues. I also didn't notice any taste from them, I had seen some complaints in other reviews but I tried 3 of the 12 colors and didn't taste anything in any of the batters I used them in. I did have some difficulty squeezing it out of the tube even after shaking and kneading it, so I ultimately just separated the blob of gel from the tube opening by skimming over it with a utensil. It is a thick gel but doesn't alter the consistency of anything. Overall I'll be switching to these for everything.

These gel dyes are great. I tried to use them in water for little experiments. Its hard to dispense it without shooting a bunch out. I know they are more for baking but I use them in liquid. The colors are bright and I suggest using a toothpick to scoop out the dye. Make sure you have a paper towel ready for messes because if you get the coloring on something it's a pain to get of when it dries.

I love these damn things. After buying a large bottle of Voodoo black from these guys, I was 100% impressed with how rich the colors were, how easily they mixed, and how freaking easy they were to wash off my hands, countertops, and dishes.Not two weeks later did I need a wider assortment of colors for another cake I was decorating and so I bought the whole kit and kaboodle. The colors are amazing! They meld well together and you can create a lot of variety with what is in the kit. Again, the colors were easy to wash out, didn't bleed, and a little bit of the gel went a long, long way.If you're looking to color some food - get this. It's awesome.

i have always used the store bought 4 standard color food colors and wow, did my baking life change after using these. they are true to their color. you don't need to add 500 drops of red to get a dark pink color, you put in just a touch of this red and it's actually red! these are so great. and really a small amount goes a long way. not sure if they are toxic or something but somehow these work really well. i will never go back to the store food colors.

Excellent color outcomes and price per ounce is better than other brands, even the cheaper looking variety packs. I use these to make bath bombs and I have to admit that the colors come out beautiful whether dry or wet, especially wet. I was hesitant to spend a little more on this pack thinking that the color difference is unnecessary but I will admit that there are absolutely worth it. The colors are vibrant and true and the only downside is that the reds and black which turns red and purple in the water stained my fingers after mixing and molding. I still have a pink streak the next day so I am thinking these should be applied differently or mixed with a spoon or something but otherwise, I absolutely love them!

About to purchase a second set, three years after first purchase. Unlike some other food colorings, there is no taste associated with these, the colors are bright, and - despite a ton of use - I still have half of half of the colors. Repurchasing only because I need to replace my most used colors.
