That depends on which documented directions you wish to follow as the back of the box has 2 different directions listed: the bundle and individual. Directions for this bundle are as follows. As Needed (AM or PM): Soothing Oil [not included] - after shower of bath, spray onto damp skin, let sit for a few seconds, and then pat dry. Does it work for breast stretch mark?

I use it on my stomach and breasts although my breasts got stretch marks from my first pregnancy due to the fact growth but I still use it there.
