Not bad. It’s quite big but not huge and the heat isn’t evenly distributed all over the bad.

The mat heated up straight away and was simple to adhere to the side of the vivarium.The thermostat is very bulky and I have an issue with how the thermostat regulates the temperature. The max temperature is set to 32 deg C, the mat reaches this and then there is a loud click as the thermostat turns off - then the temp falls back to 31 degs within a couple of minutes and it loudly clicks back on again.... why can’t it just keep a steady temperature instead of rising/falling and clicking on/clicking off every few minutes? If it continues to do this it will definitely get on my nerves and now that it is adhered to the viv glass I can’t exactly remove it any time soon!My snake loves it though and has been at the mat side of the vivarium all evening - I just wish the temp would stay steady.

I've previously purchased an 8w mat and thermostat from AIICIOO and had no problems.However, I decided to use them again as I need a 16w heat mat. Arrived promptly. Doesn't work. Nothing.I contacted AIICIOO 7 days ago via email (as advised on the packaging) under 1 year guarantee. As of 06/10/2022 I've heard nothing back - I simply wanted a replacement but it now looks I will have to go down the money back route via Amazon.Poor customer service.

I bought these for my pet snail tank. It's quite a big tank so I bought 2. Because the tank is plastic I had to go with a lower Watt matt and its quite hard to find lower watt matt that isn't cheap and flimsy but this one has worked really well for me. I also love that it has the adhesive already on there so It can be attached to the side of my tank immediately. It also comes with small feet if I decide to use it underneath my tank.

I've set my thermostat to the right temperature, purchased my pet, and suddenly it seemed to stick around 10 degrees under what I set the thermostat as, I changed the setting to 100 degress and it still stayed at the same temperature it was before. Surely if it can only heat up to a certain limit it should be listed as such, it's not just a product, this is something that determines the life of an animal, profit only works if the product does as it says. I've had to risk using other methods of heating just to keep my pet in the right temperature which I should have got from this.
