After a reverse shoulder replacement I need extensive PT. The resistance bands can be used over a door to pull done or inserted above the lock to row. Excellent product. Two for the price of one. Great value. 10+

Great exercise tool, easy to use.

I needed to purchase this fitness band with handles to help me continue my at home physical therapy exercises. I was using a resistance band shut in a door, but the great thing about this is that it comes with a piece that anchors it in a closed door. This product is just what I needed and seems like it will be more durable in the long run than a normal resistance band which tears over time. The handles also give great leverage.

Used this to help recover from a shoulder injury and avoid paying for physical therapy. They work great and have helped immensely.

I’m returning this. It felt too stretchy and weak for the level it should be. I have a similar one, same level I think, that I’ve been using for several months and this one stretches easier.

I bought this to use with an exercise tape and it is a good workout tool.
