Why in the photos are the color of the thighs different on each leg?

Its probably just the lighting that was used for the photo. Casting more of a shadow on one leg than the other.

I need queen or large, what does one size mean?

One size is just that. Ive found that most one size wint fit me proper. I too get queen.
