iBaby Monitor M2 Wireless Digital Video Monitor with Night Vision and Two-way Audio for iPhone and Android

Honestly the camera itself is great. I love the design, the mounting option, the fact that it’s magnetic and moves in any direction you want. Overall the product itself is awesome. HOWEVER... the only way to use it is the god forsaken app. It SUCKS. It’s constantly disconnecting from wifi (I have great WiFi speed and never have issues with anything else connecting). It’s constantly beeping very loud every couple hours. The app shuts off and half the time won’t even let me log onto the app to see my baby which is not safe! The buttons to control the light flashing on the camera from the app don’t work. And the sound glitches in and out so one second you have the volume set and it’s okay not too loud as we have a noise machine in her room and the next minute is blares through the phone. Absolutely hate it and want to send it back immediately. Went back and read reviews and see that people from THREE YEARS AGO complained about the exact same problems. Definitely get y’all a crap together because it should be fixed in a three year time period. Complete waste of money.

This product is AMAZING! When my wife gave birth to my son, I decided to get a baby monitor. I did my research homework and it seemed that iBaby is the best in the market. This iBaby monitor is really useful; I can see my baby, take pictures, talk to him, and alerted when he cries. One the things I liked the most was the installation process. It is fast and simple. It's actually pretty ingenious compared to other monitors. I didn't have to read through lengthy manual to get it set up, just download the app and plug in the cables. I had no trouble using it with my wife's iphone and mine. The video quality is great, and the night vision is pretty clear as well.I have bought M2 for almost a month and it is working great! I would recommend this to any new birth family.

Decent camera. First one had the infrared quit working. Second camera needed firmware updated and could not get it to update.

Can't imagine Parenting without it. The video option allows you to check in with your baby and Go comfort him before he starts crying.I love the option that both my husband and I can get the app on our phones and check in with our baby from wherever we are. The one problem is when the camera loses Wi-Fi,it starts beeping with no notice.

If I could give this product zero stars I would, and I try to see the good in people and products. Let's start with the actual product. You get this lovely monitor set up, look at the app and you can see your sleeping baby. Periodically, the monitor will make a very loud beeping sound. I believe to alert the parents that the monitor is reconnecting to wifi. This sound comes out of the actual monitor. THE HORROR!! My child is asleep, I don't want a loud sound in his room. Bad design.So, we've adapted to the sound. But recently the wonderful tech people updated the app. Now the app crashed deeming the monitor useless. There is no way to view my child. Within a week the tech team makes a temporary app. They give me access to it. After 2 weeks the permanent app is added to the app store. Tech lets me know to delete the previous app and download the new app. I do this, only to have the same problem as before and once again the app is not usable. Please, don't ever buy this monitor. You are wasting your time and money.

Monitor is OK. The night view is not so good.

The video/audio quality is not good but usable. But the device is very unreliable. It stopped working after 2-3 months. I contacted customer service, they sent me a replacement but the new device worked for a few days and stopped working again. They sent me many "instructions" to fix the problem and they do not seem to address the problem. After many weeks of email back/forth, finally they asked me to send back the bad device again. I sent back the device and expected them to send me another replacement. Then they just close the ticket. Unbelievable! I will give it 0 star if I could.

I really like the ease of use. Set up was easy, adding an additional camera was easy. It just works. The app can run in the background and still transmit the sound, just like any other audio monitor. The picture quality is good. The sound quality is good. The only negative I can give is, the monitor alerts are slow. Sometimes I walk into the room and it may take a minute or two before the motion alert goes off on my phone. The time frame can be reduced if wifi is connected to your phone instead of straight cellular.

This monitor did not work at all! We have tried numerous attempts but it doesn't work! I'll be sending it back.

Me llego a tiempo. Pero no sirve la camara se traba en la red se pierde la señal y no se ve al ebe y eso es malo por que dejas de verlo. Ademas la configuracion solo con iphone. Android solo para visualizar.

Excelente producto, ya hasta compré otro para ponerlos como vigilancia en mi casa mientras no estamos. Para la bebé esta increible porque puedws tomar fotos de momentos lindos,

la pila de dura muy poco, y la aplicacion ya no sirve, no les recomiendo, es un producto de muy baja calidad.
