It's basically just ginger, but this stuff is a lifesaver. Take it like 15-20 minutes before whatever activity you get motion-sick on (cars, trains, planes, boats, rollercoasters, etc.) and it'll last a couple of hours. I have severe motion sickness that I can barely be on a car ride. This weekend I took 2 pills for the first time on a 6 hour drive and I felt completely normal the entire time. This was the first time in my life I didn’t feel like I will throw up every 5 minutes. I will def reorder and I’m so glad I have something to go to now. Highly recommend.
