Even the XXL are far too small
Despite a few fundamental design issues, these are outstanding. The positives are;- well made- generally good design, love the 3/4 fingers- good material- fairly hard wearingThe negatives are;- ridiculously too small, so small that it took 4 weeks to stretch them to get on- the small wrist strap is a bad design, too open, it flaps around when trying to secure- they wore out in 11 months, I believe due to the poor sizing- no palm pads, so not so good for pressing, good for pullingI have to buy these again, they are the best on the market, but please make them bigger. I've been wearing training gloves for 30 years, these are easily 2 sizes smaller than any gloves I've ever seen, for training, or any other purposes.

Quality going down. Disappointing!
I have always been a user of Harbinger lifting gloves so naturally turn to their brand when the pair I have always used is no longer sold. I have to say the quality has went down drastically. I chose these particular gloves as they have longer coverage in the fingers and I've always found them a bit short in that area. While the finger length was good the closure and quality of padding was very disappointing. It appears that the material has been downgraded and thus the gloves have almost a synthetic and thin feel to them. They palms do not have the padding I have grown used to in past use of this brand. It felt more paper thin and as if it would crack easily as well as not afford me the grip I'm used to getting. The material on top of my hands was fine and allows more breath but the palm can't be compromised since that takes the brunt of the load as well as the wear. I've ordered 3 different pairs of harbinger now in hopes that I chose a bad one but I've sent them all back due to lack of quality or sizing that I've been used to.

Defective
I have worn Harbinger gloves for as long as I can remember (30 years?). My very old pair (at least 10 years old) needs replacing, so I ordered this pair. I had to return them because the leather panels were sewn in such a way that they twisted around my palm and didn't fit correctly. Definitely dissapointing. My search for a replacement continues...

Really weird velcro straps
Maybe it's just me, maybe I didn't read the product info well, but these gloves are all sorts of different. Two main issues: one, there are two wrist straps that fold over one another and clasp together, a little awkward at first but if you have a buddy over and you all work together for several minutes you can generally get them on comfortably, until they feel weird again later and you decide to adjust them and realize it's a complete pain to do alone having only one useful hand to manage two weird straps for a glove. The second abnormality was that the palm had two layers of material that were not connected to allow for shifting loads in your hand, this was not helpful when lifting. I personally like having control over how I hold a weight, especially if its over some portion of my body that is vital or important to me, when trying to put up that last rep the idea of having a glove have a mind of its own and start shifting and moving around because of its multiple sliding parts is not ideal when struggling on your last reps. Since I enjoy my sanity and personal appearance I will not own gloves that require help when putting on and that may cause you to slip when lifting damaging that pretty body of yours.

These are great gloves that help protect your hands
These are great gloves that help protect your hands. It is a exercise glove that does exactly what it's supposed to do, protect your hand from callus and give grip. As I am lifting and doing pull-ups, I do have to adjust my grip to make the glove work with the bar, but that is with any exercise glove. If not, go make a custom glove, but I bet you still will have to adjust the grip as you work on different bars and positions. These feel good and are tight on my hands, which is good, so make sure to get the correct size.

Save your money, horrible quality.
I can't believe somebody actually designed this product for weight lifting.I have used mine 3 times now total and the stitching is coming undone for the leather pieces.I spent extra money because I wanted a quality pair of gloves, would have been better off cutting the tips off a pair of isotoner gloves and using those.I will be returning mine if I can.

Not Durable Enough for Lifting
These gloves have a design flaw. The inside suede portion that grips lifting equipment is not durable. I used these gloves 12 different days in the gym and the friction from weights has worn a hole in the glove. I didn't make it a month. My old Nike gloves with leather grips lasted for two years. Don't waste your money! Sadly, the hole manifested itself after 30 days when I was outside the return window. Amazon needs to show some flexibility in its return policy when a product feels to meet its implied warranty.

Harbinger used to manufacture quality gloves
These gloves have lasted for a couple years but I'm not a gym rat and they have already started to deteriorate. Harbinger used to provide mor cushion for the internal part of the gloves, for all their models. I don't know what's happening and why quality is decreasing. Are vegan strikes affecting the leather-base products industry?
