smell and taste
soon as i got the package i thought it wouldve been great but i opened the latiao pack and all i smelt was fish and i tasted it and it seemed like the spice was trying to hide the smell and the taste of fish. it stunk out my whole living area and kitchen for a week. id highly wouldn't recommend if you want that
