Timberland Men's, Davis Square Chukka

I purchased these shoes based on the way they look, which is appealing to me, and because I need a new pair of walking shoes. Sneakers usually meet my needs. I wear my shoes with running socks, so my ankles are bare. After two miles of walking my ankles were a mass of blistering, bleeding tissue. Heels, and below both sides of my ankle on both feet, plus a separate place on my inner heel on my right foot were bleeding from the rough material used to line these shoes. The ankle collar was like sandpaper on my skin. My recommendation is: do not buy these shoes unless you buy them large and wear thick socks to protect your skin. The sole was hard and the insole was not supportive. I'm puzzled as to why a shoe company would allow this shoe to be sold because it does not represent the company well.

Finding shoes that you can feel better about buying isn't super easy, but I'm quite happy with these. They are comfortable, seem durable, and look really nice.The only issue I have, is that even though the size is perfect for me, the design of the tongue / ankle makes it so I have to loosen the top 3-4 lace holes so far as to almost unlace it entirely for my foot to fit in. It's weird that it fits so well but it's almost impossible to put on. I'm not entirely sure what should change but I've not had this issue with any other shoes I've ever worn, it really stands out and adds some time and annoyance to every time I have to put them on or take them off.

I got these for my boyfriend. He already owns a pair of these, and he LOVES them. I ordered him a different color for Christmas. I love the color I got! They are really nice. He wears a 14 normally, but a 13 in these fit him perfectly. He first got these shoes for work. He’s on his feet 13hr shifts, and they have helped his feet pain go away. So they are top notch shoes, and would recommend for great comfort, and amazing style.

I want to like these shoes, I really do. The material feels very high quality, and the color is great. As someone with wide feet, however, the wide sizing is simply too narrow. The length is fine, so going a half size up would be too much. I'm actually really surprised by how narrow these are; if these are considered wide, I can't imagine how narrow the normal sizing must be.Another downside is that the part of the shoe that's behind the ankle is quite high and reaches up to my ankles, but the laces are only for the feet. That means no matter how tightly you tie them, there's no force keeping the ankle part of the shoe from separating from your heel, so it feels like your heel might pop out whenever you take a step. I think this is independent from the wide sizing. If the ankle part of the shoe was lowered by an inch, it'd probably be okay.

The whole bottom sole has already come after 1 week of use of walking only. Will have to glue these to use for the duration of the year since I thought these would last at least 6 months... It would be understandable if these would have been used in construction/hard labor, but the sole came off just from walking around. Had I known the quality of these were going to be such garbage it might have been a better choice to just buy 3 pairs of cheap Walmart shoes instead.

Over the years there are many life lessons that I have learned.live ;long enough and all sorts of things will happen.The greatest lesson was that in life it ain't what happens its how you respond.Plain and simple.Yet of all the lessons the easiest was that in America you get what you pay for.Brands and names stand for something,in life ive learned that the name Timberland means value,style,and a Brand you can trust.There are look a likes,there are cheaper knocks offs,but if you want value for your dollar,then in shoes Timberland is the name.

I bought myself Green and Blue, Green for a friend and Green for my son. They are the coolest shoes ever. Buy some arch supports if you need them since they are little flat inside but otherwise quite the fashion statement.

Me encantaron las botas, vienen en su empaque original perfectamente embaladas y en realidad están geniales, la suela tiene muy buen antiderrapante pero no es de las que hacen ruido con el piso, la piel tiene una cubierta hidrofóbica que repele el agua y las salpicaduras, eso está increíble porque aunque camines en la lluvia, si no es un aguacero, tus botas se mantienen perfectas.

Mas baratos que en las tiendas, estan demasiado buenos los tenis y bonitos, le doy hasta 6 estrellas.

Quality and colour are good. But not showing worthiness

Great shoes! Fit great. I have a narrow foot.....not sure how they would fit or if they would fit if you have a wide foot!!
