AMAZING PRODUCT! I never write reviews, but had to show the difference a $19 can of spray paint can make. After years of cleaning and stain removal products, I finally thought to try repainting the upholstery in my car.In one can, I restored the look of my 13 year old car. I am thrilled to offer rides again instead of hiding the years of staining with a towel or blanket. Love this product and highly recommend it. The intense smell takes a while to go away, but totally worth it in my mind. There is a stiffness to the fabric, but I have a feeling that will wear off with time.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product had the color I have been searching for my toyota clutch master cylinder,leaked on new carpet.Color variety:Color matched pretty close if not perfect.

It did exactly what it needed to do. This was just one coat I had applied over the bleach stain in my home when I took the second photo. When it dries it’ll be a bit crusty but it’s worth it.

I used this to recolor my door panels. Figured its worth a try and if it didn't work, I'd buy the correct colored ones that I wanted, which were about $600 for the set.I stripped the surface with acetone, masked, and then final prep with alcohol. This stuff is great! It has good coverage. I used light layers and pretty much did it in one shot because by the time I got from one end of the door panel to the other, the beginning was dry enough to recoat.It leaves just the right sheen, not flat and not glossy, but a very natural luster that looks just like the surface looked before, just in a different color. I let it cure for a few days inside and now they are back on the car.I am beyond pleased with this product and S M Arnold has a customer for life here if all the rest of their stuff is this good.I also used it on the speaker covers after the same kind of prep process.This does not looks like it was spray painted at all, this looks like it was made in this color and I am very pleased.

From all appearances this was going to be the color I needed, and although the ratings were not the greatest, I thought I would take a chance. Oops!Although not a professional painter, I have used rattle cans for small painting projects for about 60 years. In all that time, I have never had a can put more paint on me than on the item I was painting - until this can of S. M. Arnold spray paint.Even more frustrating than painting my hand and floor was the fact that I wrote to S. M. Arnold about two months ago outlining the problem I had and asking for any recommendation on how to avoid this issue again.With some insight, or recommendations from S. M. Arnold on how to avoid this issue in the future I was willing to purchase another can of this paint, based upon my thought that there was perhaps an issue with only one batch of paint, that the manufacturer recognized the problem and had resolved it.However, after about a two month period of silence from S. M. Arnold I get the impression that ignoring a customer's question/concern/complaint is their view of an effective business approach. I guess many people/businesses do not recognize that not answering a question is really an answer. However, the "silence - no answer, answer" appears to be: "leave me alone, do not ask for help, just buy another one of my products - maybe it will work, maybe it will not work".I did not ask for a no cost replacement can of this paint from them - I just wanted to know how to avoid this issue going forward.Oh well, on to my search for another manufacturer's paint that will provide the color I was seeking.Bummer. Like I said, I would have bought another can of this paint since it gives all appearance of being the color I wanted.

The spray nozzle is junk, came out in spurts, not an even spray at all. I was in a hurry ordering and I needed dark grey so I ordered. Should have read reviews. I used another spray nozzle from a can of spray paint it worked quite well. It was for a small fishing boat seat, the trim was green and the other 2 seats had dark grey. Time will tell if it holds up, but I do have another brand of light gray that I ordered before that worked great I’ll use if it doesn’t hold up. Don’t think I’ll buy this brand again, they need to improve there spray nozzle!!! Can’t be that much more expensive!!
