Does this mountain bike bag come with a taillight?

I'm sorry that this bicycle seat bag doesn't come with a taillight.

If the stuff keep dry when the bike seat bag gets rain on?

Our bike saddle bag is made of high quality 600D Oxford and PU fabric which is waterproof, but the stitches are not waterproof.

Can it fit an iPhone plus or galaxy note?

The bag is narrow and not too high. Certainly long tho. I fit an iPhone 8, mens wallet, and car keys in it no problem.

what is the capacity (in liters)?

Not sure, but it’s pretty small. Really like the bag but if the case is on my iPhone it barely fits in there. All in all it is a nice bag
