Great Backpack; Light-weight, Lots of Compartments, Sturdy, Quiet Wheels, Fits Underneath Airline Seat
Was a little hesitant to purchase after reading some of the reviews about the handle breaking or it not being genuine J World, but this one had all the features I was looking for, so I took a chance. When it arrived, I looked it over, comparing it to the pictures to make sure it was indeed the same backpack I ordered (it is). Took it on a 2.5 week trip in late Jan / early Feb, where I used it to carry all kinds of extra stuff, wheeled it on all kinds of uneven surfaces and basically put all the zippers, compartments, handle and wheels through a pretty good workout. Everything still looks / works great; the only thing I noticed is a bit of side-to-side play in the handle when its fully extended. This may have been present when I first got it, but I didn't notice it until the end of the 2.5 week trip. This doesn't affect the performance of the handle at all, so I'm hoping it won't turn into an issue later on. The wheels roll smooth and are very quiet, the zippers seems sturdy and even fully packed, it fit easily underneath the seat in front of me on the plane (American Airlines). I really love the look of it and all of the many compartments, as I like to be organized when traveling. I especially like that smaller books, magazines or extra, flat items not immediately needed can be tucked behind the zippered covering of the handle guides at the back of the largest compartment, providing more space in the front side. The only thing that could be better quality is the lining material, as I'm concerned how it might wear over time.... but of course that would add to the overall weight, and having a light backpack was one of the most important things to me.

Perfect Rolling Backpack for Our Kid!
We recently purchased the **J World New York Sundance Rolling Backpack** for our child, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! After trying a different backpack that just didn’t hold up, this one has truly exceeded our expectations in terms of sturdiness and functionality. The design is fantastic—there’s plenty of room to fit everything our kid needs for school, from books to lunchboxes. It's spacious without being bulky, making it easy for our child to organize their things. Plus, the rolling feature is a game-changer! It glides smoothly and is super easy to pull, which is great for little hands. The quality is evident in the materials used, and it feels like it will last through the school year and beyond. My child loves it, and I love that I don’t have to worry about it falling apart after a few weeks of use.Overall, I highly recommend the J World New York Sundance Rolling Backpack to anyone looking for a reliable and spacious backpack for their kids. It has made our daily school routine so much easier and more enjoyable!

Wow this bag looks good, and the quality is great. I had neck surgery and no longer am I able to have big bags on my shoulder. My neurosurgeon recommended a bag on wheels. I saw this one and didn't think I would love it but i do.About the bag:The top front is large enough to add you work out gear to include sneakers or you everyday items like wallet, book or whatever. The middle section is padded for your laptop or electronic items but this section is split so while your laptop is nestle and padded there is also space in front in the same section for other items. (a book or your lunch)Below that we have another front section which is shorted than the previous 2, I use this one for my train pass and work badge. Because of the shortness of it it readily available at my fingertips. Then you have a pouch in front made of 2 pockets, the first pocket has a clip inside which I use for my keysIt has a section for pens, markers and pencils, slots for credit card or ID badges, it also has a zippered section which I use for my chewing gum packs..LOL the outter pocket hold my Kindle. The last section also part of the pocket is just additional space for whatever you want I have my phone it that one. Oh let me not forget on both sides of the bag you have mesh pockets, to put water bottles, an umbrella or a can of something. This bag is beautiful and functional the plus is that it not only has wheels but also 2 legs. OUTSTANDING, this bag must've been made by a traveller or student. If you are concerned about the material, well its made of a wipe-able material that comes clean with mild detergent and warm water.

Okay for kids if you can find under $30
It is okay, FOR KIDS, BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ADULTS. NOT HEAVY DUTY ENOUGH

Beautiful, well-made rolling backpack!
Beautiful rolling backpack in my daughter's favorite color (purple). Seems to be very well made. My daughter needs a large backpack as her school only has lockers for the high schoolers, so she has to carry all of her books, notebooks, etc. in addition to keeping her basketball uniform and an extra set of clothes inside for baskeball practice if need be. Last year was hard on her as she didn't have a rolling backpack, however, I already had her put all of her stuff in it and it all fits very easily. The inside is very spacious with a lot of compartments to organize supplies. Wheels are quiet and glide smoothly. The adjusting handle fits her height as my 9 yr old is very tall. She loves her new backpack, however, I will review how the bag holds up after she actually starts school as she is hard on backpacks and her class is upstairs. Hopefully this bag lasts the entire year. Update: Loved daughter bag soo much I decided to order one for myself in a different color. It came and was nowhere near same quality as the one ordered for my daughter. Stitching was loose, handle wiggly and base was stitched on crooked, wheels were not even or same size....and it was smaller. It also cost more than my daughter's bag. So I guess it is luck of the draw. I'm very disappointed so it will be returned.
