This lime juice is AMAZING. I know that sounds ridiculous - it's just lime juice. But it has so much more LIME flavor and less general tartness. I put it in lime seltzer to boost the flavor and it tasted almost sweet. Would be my juice of choice for lime drinks like margaritas. I don't think it would be best on ceviche or salsa etc because it does taste less acidic than other lime juices. Actually, I have a cut in my mouth and this juice barely even stings so it must be far less acidic than e.g. lemon juice, which hurts like a mofo. This is the first bottled citrus juice that I honestly think tastes superior to the fresh fruit.

This product tastes wonderful, so much better than the generic supermarket brand with all the preservatives. I like the fact that it is in glass too.I will purchase again.

I like how well this juice tastes and keeps. I just use about two teaspoons (along with ACV) per day to manage oxalates. It keeps very well in the fridge, tastes fresh, and there is no waste as I used to have with grocery store lemons. Not a bad price for that quantity as an organic, but I wish it were a little more affordable (hence, the 4 stars on Value for the Money).Side note: I recently ordered from this same producer organic lime juice. Terribly shocked at the price for the smaller quantity there! So, maybe shop around for a better price on that one.

These have been on sale lately for a great price, so I've been stocking up. They are a great quick additional to anything sauce which needs some tang. Great in curries, quac, smoothies, or even just mixed with some cold water and a bit of salt for a homemade electrolyte-rich beverage. It's what humans crave!

It just tastes gross.
