These were a gift to go with Gibson Elite Soho dish set and go well. The couple love Asian food and say they're very handy and look nice.

I bought these to hold some beautiful shells and tiny stones I'd collected on the Sonoma coast. I had small white dipping dishes but the beautiful colors of the collection didn't "pop" when displayed in white dishes. The matte black color and naturally uneven edges of these small dishes really showed the color of the shells and stones, tiny slivers of sea glass, I really like how they look.

These are perfect little dip bowls. High quality. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered two sets and over the total qty. of 8, I think a couple of them have minor imperfections in the finish, but I don't care. They're inexpensive and the quality is perfectly acceptable at this price point. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

These are beautiful and match my set perfectly. their asymmetrical shape and matte color are unique. However , I wish they were bigger to fit actual dip. They are suitable for a personal service, not for a general dip in middle of the table.

While these are typically used and designed for dips, I use them for holding tea strainers that leak water when you remove them from the tea pot. I time the steeping time carefully and exactly and re-use the tea for multiple steeps so I need something small that fits the strainer and prevents the water from spilling on the table or counter. These small saucers are the perfect size. I used to use bowls, which was overkill. They make a nice addition to your tea set.
