Are these three pieces which are each the dimensions stated in the description or three pieces that add up to the dimensions in the description?

One piece is 16X 32. But beware, they only sent me one piece, not three. And when I complained to amazon, they sent me one more piece, not two. So now I got two pieces. Then amazon wants me to send the first one back since it was ‘a mistake’. I told them no they still owe me another piece. They charged me twice as a penalty. It was finally resolved but was a major pain in the ass because people that work at amazon customer service are not qualified to walk and chew gum at the same time. Also, they hardly speak English...
