It comes open and semi empty
I’m very disappointed. I orderd that vitamin D for newborn twins. And took out from another country. I gave the bottle to the parents and they told me that the bottle was semi empty. And I can’t find the answer to those lots of questions, why it comes already open 😡

Arrives half empty
This is the third time I’ve purchased this. The second bottle ran out super fast which I was confused by and so when I just received my third bottle I checked to see the contents right when I opened it and noticed that it was barely half filled. It sounds like from the other reviewers this is common. Seems like poor quality standards to me. I won’t be buying this brand again. But newborn doesn’t seem to mind the taste as a plus.

Great product!
May 30, 2014 Update: I haven't used the drops yet, but I will. I still don't like the idea that they have "a natural flavor", I think they could produce them without it. Since I wrote this review, I came up to some other interesting information and found out that many of the Child Life vitamins and supplements contain at least one GMO ingredient. I wrote an email to the company as of why they have GMO and specifically fructose in the vitamins, and no body responded. I started with the following link as a guide to find out GMOs and found out that the baby/toddler vitamins may be along the most toxic ones on the market: [...]So, I would not recommend giving Child Life supplements. I am switching my 15-month old to Nordic Naturals, Garden of Life, and MegaFood. The pediatrician said I can break a vitamin capsules and give half of it or less (depending on the size) instead of using toxic liquid vitamins.Original review:Don't let any negative review fool you and refrain you from purchasing this product! I am not a fan of what all doctors say: that it is okay to give to your baby things such as the Enfamil vitamins and children's Tylenol, which have crazy inactive ingredients that are GMO. Please do your research on this topic and protect your babies from pesticides and GMO. In European Union countries there are laws that regulate labeling all GMO products, however, such laws are non-existent in America. Corn, soy, canola oil, and sugar are in the top 5 GMO additives list that are put in everything (including baby products and prenatal vitamins) and you don't know you are eating GMOs until you do your research. GMOs don't just make you obese, but they lead to long-term health problems and even death. Do you want these to happen while you are trying to save a couple dollars on baby vitamins?Aside from this topic, these Child Life Organic Vitamin D3 drops are the same exact formulation as the Baby D-drops (Made in Canada); I have used both of them so I know the difference. There are 4 differences:1. Child Life uses organic olive oil as a preservative (Baby D-drops uses coconut oil, not marked organic);2. Child Life bottle gives you more than 3 times more drops than the Baby D-drops (Baby D-drops gives you 90 drops; Child Life gives you 200 drops, you only need 1 drop with either brand to provide 400 IU Vitamin D3 to your baby);3. Child Life has "natural berry flavor", while D-drops don't have anything else besides the coconut oil;4. D-drops' price is around 14-15 dollars, while Child Life is cheaper (11-12 dollars).I have done a long research on vitamins I have found out that Child Life offers the best possible vitamins and other supplements for infants and children. The only thing I don't like is that they are all flavored and sweetened (with fructose), I wish there were pure vitamins that you choose if you want to sweeten them or not (with food or drink) or give them plain. I think only in Europe you can find just the pure vitamins. Overall, whichever vitamin D3 you chose, Baby D-drops or Child Life Organic, you have made the best choice because they are pretty much the same and there is nothing better on the market than these two.

I wasn't pleased with the option they gave us at the doctor's ...
Our pediatrician told us that our newborn would need a vitamin D supplement as an exclusively breastfed baby. I wasn't pleased with the option they gave us at the doctor's office, and this was the only organic, semi-healthy looking option I could find in a pinch. I have a couple of complaints. While it is nice that you can give your baby ALL of their recommended vitamin D in one drop...Seriously? One drop? It is nearly impossible to get one drop in the mouth of an infant, and it takes FOREVER to come out of the little hole in the top, so by the time the drop is ready to come out, you have most likely lost your opportunity to get it in their mouth. Putting it on a spoon or something doesn't really help either - it is only one drop, after all. My other complaint is the flavor - I don't think it needs it. It is too strong and the baby can smell it coming and gear themselves up to avoid it. A flavorless, odorless version would be preferable. However, we do appreciate having a natural, organic vitamin D supplement to turn to, so we will keep using this.

Good vitamin for babies
Love how it has natural ingredients! Favor is pretty good. The only thing is it takes awhile for vitamins to come out of bottle, but my baby and I have a little song to sing while we wait! Lol
