Yes, it’s suitable. You can use it from 3 months. But if you want something “stronger”, you can use Baby rub (Vicks), it’s suitable from 6 months.

Exp date is 01/2025 so a long life and its brilliant, really helps my daughter who is now 8 months breath when congested
