Been using ceramic beads in my tires for a decade now with great results. Used in my oversize off-road tires, car tires, and my tubeless motorcycle tires. Never tried em in my tubed moto's because it seems they'd wear down the intertube. I never wanted to take the chance.

They work
For these to balance well you need to take all the wheels weights of your rims and have the tires aired up to the proper psi.I'd say 4/5 times they balance perfectly at highway speeds.

They sucked did not balance my tires had to get traditional balance after cleaned those out of my tires with a shop vac

Amazing
