Used for leg massage. Gets that done well. Will last forever!

Robust Spiky Massage Balls
My pilates teacher uses similar balls, and I'm pleased that I bought this pack. Good colours. For me, purple mid sized for the glutes, blue mini for calf muscles. The big red one, not sure yet, possibly thighs. They are great at massaging your tight muscles. They are firm, yes a bit uncomfortable, but you won't feel the benefit with a softer ball, wear fitted cotton clothing as a buffer. You only use these as much or as little as your body can take.

Very sturdy little balls
I have only used the purple one to try and ease plantar fasciitis on my right foot. It took a few days of use but it certainly helped ease the pain. The red one was too big for me and I found the blue one a bit too hard.

Mum loves these
Bought for my mum with stiff hands. Recommended in a movement class as the spikes provide a kind of acupuncture. Didn't know what size so got the pack and she uses them all. Big for neck, med, for hands, sml for neck. She are really helping her.

Not for me
A good range of sizes and robustly made but they are just too hard for me. Not flexible at all. I expected a bit of give.

I was sceptical but my goodness they really help
I didn't really believe that they would work. I bought them initially for my husband who has sciatic pain. He wouldn't use them.I put just the smallest at the nape of my neck once i'd climbed into bed one night. I slowly turned my head, left, then right. I heard a crack and undeterred, did it again. The stress release was immediate and amazing. I sit at a computer all day every day and so really struggled.I now use the biggest ball as kind of lumbar support and exercise my neck for a few minutes each night.I don't usually review because rarely do i have something positive to say.My husband still claims codology, but doesn't complain when i roll them over his hips and back.Truly would, and infact have recommended.

Odd at first but actually rather good!
I've been struggling with neck, shoulder and back tension that's been causing a lot of headaches. Obviously haven't been able to go for a massage so thought I'd give these a try, as they seemed worth it for the money. They take a little getting used to, especially with no one there to help, but there's some really helpful tips for solo use on your back and my technique is improving, using them is a lot easier than contorting my hands trying to massage my own shoulders! Like the smallest size one best as it can get into the knots around my lower neck and shoulders. Definitely worth a try if you're struggling with tension and muscle pain!
