Outward Hound Xtreme Seamz Zebra Squeaky Dog Toy - Reinforced Dense Stuffing Plush Toy

I have a super chewer. I knew going in that I have a super chewer. So I wasn't surprised that she got the squeaker in under 30 minutes. Instead of shredding the toy like she usually does, she kept the empty carcass. I would say the durability is good. Stuffing is cheap. The toy is filled well and feels stiff. This was for a 35lb Aussie and was just the right size. For the price, it was the perfect sacrifice.

I previously liked these toys for my dog because they were super durable. I recently purchased this toy for my dog expecting it to be as durable as the others but he had it for less than five minutes (literally handed it to him and recycled packaging) and the stuffing was coming out. The "extremely durable" seam was barely sewn together and my dog pulled it open with minimal effort. I'll likely never purchase these toys again as they are a huge health risk and not durable at all despite their claims. Pretty frustrating.

The first one lasted around seven months before I had to throw it away. My dog is an expert at destroying toys. The second one is already one month old and my Aussie loves it as he did with the first. I acknowledge it may not be the most durable toy, but for being a Plush Toy it is insanely durable. I will keep on buying it for my dog as it is just 10 bucks every few months and he enjoys it.

i give it 2 stars because my aussie LOVES the toy, but she tore holes in it within 15 minutes of me handing it to her. it’s been 2 days now and there’s stuffing all over my house!

4 month old puppy tore the hands off within the first 30 minutes of chewing. Stitches are holding up, but as a whole it’s not as durable as it claims.

The stuffing was great but my big boy was not able to get started he was not able to find a beginning to pull it apart.He finally did after a 2 week not caring.He did get started but still did not like it that much.

My Corgi-Pomeranian loves to chew on soft toys that have a squeaker, but manages to tear through the outer material to the stuffing in under an hour (sometimes as quickly as ten minutes), leaving a trail of stuffing materials throughout the house. I searched for a more durable toy and decided upon the Outward Hound Xtreme Seamz Lemur (small size) after reading the reviews here, hoping the extra strong stitching and durable materials would last much longer. The Xtreme Seams Lemur came packaged well, was very cute, and appeared much sturdier than other similar priced items with claims of durability toys (such as those made by Kong). Gizmo began chewing on the lemur immediately. Within three hours, he had 1/2 of each ear and the hair on top chewed off, as well as the side seams of the feet chewed away. Although the stuffing is visible, it has not been pulled out at all. It still has a good deal of wear left in it, with the features on the lemur both front and back intact. This is a well made toy made with strong materials and extra stitching. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a durable toy for their dog especially if they chew through their toys rapidly. I constantly worry that once he rips a toy open, he will ingest the stuffing and maybe cause a stomach/intestinal blockage. Given the time he’s played with it, I have little concern this problem will arise. I see many hours of play left in the lemur over the weeks ahead. It’s size is great for a smaller dog to carry, throw around, & hold between their paws while they chew. I will continue to purchase the Outward Hound Extreme Seamz toys in the future.

This product is excellent for our pitty. He tries and tries but just can't get to that squeaker. The little legs tear away easily but the rest is sturdy. Usually chew toys we purchase get destroyed within minutes but this one holds fast !Update : the seams and stitching holds but after only 1 week , the fabric gave way and the stuffing was revealed. The dog still loves the toy though .

Esse bichinho vale muito a pena! A minha cachorra é apaixonada por pelúcias e, embora ela não seja uma grande roedora, as pelúcias comuns acabam em um ou poucos dias. Resolvi comprar esse mais caro pra fazer um teste porque se dizia mais resistente. E de fato é! Meses de compra, ela anda com ele pra cima e pra baixo, morde o tempo todo e ele continua quase inteiro, só com as pontas das patinhas roídas. Vou comprar outros dessa marca quando os dela forem acabando!
