Works great and looks awesome for any Halloween lover

Ok- so I wanted to love this opener so badly. When I first came across it I knew I had to have. It’s the perfect spooky fun seasonal opener. A cute conversational piece. However, I opened this the other day to open two bottles of wine and found it extremely difficult and thought the opener may break. It was extremely difficult to get the cork out. Will likely resort to my usual corkscrew . :/ perhaps I got a janky model but i doubt it will last long.Updated my rating because of the support from customer service being responsive and helpful!

I love Halloween and this wine opener is a wonderful addition to my collection of fun and spooky things for the season. Works well.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son-in-law whom is a big Batman fan. It works well. Looks great perfect size and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Love this for opening wine! Super cute, always gets compliments from guests!But I Don’t recommend it for opening beer, the bat head on mine broke trying to open a Stella Artois
