The media could not be loaded. The motherboard replacement worked like a charm and my Neato botvac D80 is back in business.But, this review is more of a glowing review of the seller, caSino187. Never have I experienced such a level of customer service as I did with Brandon! The botvac lidar was not spinning and constantly giving the ‘blocked vision’ error. First line of defense was to replace the o ring. That did not solve the problem. Next up, replace the lidar - I ordered a new one from caSino187, which came promptly and Brandon included a business card that said to email him with any questions if I I needed help. What a Godsend! While the lidar replacement did not solve the problem, Brandon suggested a new motherboard AND gave me encouragement and confidence that I could replace the MB myself! We exchanged a total of 32 emails during this major botvac surgical procedure and he was always very prompt in returning my inquiries! Many times throughout the process of diagnose and resolution, I was elbow-deep in botvac parts on my dining room table and I would email Brandon ‘what’s next?!’ He would get back to me within minutes. I never had to wait long for a reply and he was always helpful and supportive! We exchanged a total of 32 emails during this major overhaul and Brandon never lost patience with me - what a great guy! He also came to rescue when, in the course of the repair I accidentally broke one of the bumper connections, he immediately sent two out to me. You couldn’t ask for a Better customer service!As I said, the MB was the issue and the botvac is now running like a top! As I have two more if this model in the family and they are all 5 years old, I am keeping the lidar as a replacement. If I need any more parts, I’ll definitely order from Brandon - caSino187!!!

vacuum still doesn't work

Neato d80 still won’t charge! New motherboard, battery and charge dock... please help!!!

While cleaning the brush channel on the underside of my Neato Botvac D80 with a damp sponge I mistakenly got it too wet. Unknown to me, water dripped on the motherboard underneath. When I tried to fire it back up, my poor Rosie was dead.Luckily I found this motherboard. Installing it didn’t take long, a few screws and some wiring harnesses. Now Rosie’s back and has a new brain! Saved me from dropping several hundred on a new vacuum. Woohoo!!!

Was fairly easy to change. After charging my Botvac worked like a new one. Was expensive but much less than a new vacuum.

Motherboard works perfectly! Solved my Neato charging issues! He is alive again! Excellent Seller!
