What is the diameter of the screw hole?

i ordered the 2x2 and is a 3/8" thread. but probably metric. has been working great after dozens of brands in wood

I would like to scale my logo to about 1/2 an inch tall. Is that possible?

Ours is maybe 3/4 inch tall. I do not know how flexible the size would be.
