I tried Keto for a while a few years back and I insist on watching my sugar intake in my diet. There are other sugar substitutes but I like that this one is plant based. No after taste and a little goes a long way. I started using this 3 years ago and haven't looked back since.

I've been on a low-carb food plan for years and love this sweetener—no nasty aftertaste. Regarding the filling of packets, I've experienced what other reviewers have. They are inconsistent.

My neighbor recommended whole earth monk and Stevie substitute. I don't like Stevia or Monk fruit but the two combined is tolerable.It took me weeks to adjust to the sweetener but others may adjust faster.My neighbor gave me the whole earth brand that had collagen in it and I really liked it but it costs more. Medication I take causes changes in taste, so it's difficult for me to taste sugar, thus i added even more sugar or honey.This sweetener has allowed me to slowly cut back.
