Bulk tteokbokki korean rice cake 17.6oz (500g) with Spoon, Fork, Chopsticks Set

The media could not be loaded. These are amazing! They cooked so quickly and are like a really thick noodle texture. Only complaint is that it's a bit pricy for how much you get but they still taste great.

Tastes great, cooks great, goes great with so many things. I buy these often. I wish there was an option to buy them without the cute little travel set, as I have two already and am not looking to start a collection lol.

So I just got my tteokbokki today, and I was worried it would have mold on it because I’ve read that it was common for this to happen, but it didn’t! My package actually came early, and it came with this cute little portalable utensil set. This is definitely worth the buy👌🏽

Just the right size and texture. I stored them in fridge for over a month unopened and still were fresh. The chopstick/spoon kit with it is nice i use it when i go out to eat.

Okay so I usually don’t buy food through Amazon because it is unbelievably over priced but I had a serious craving for tteokbokki and wouldn’t be able to go to my local Asian grocery for two weeks so I folded and got these. Usually I pay around $4 for a much bigger bag but again, I was seriously craving these. Anyway, I don’t think I’ll be buying these again because the flavor is just not there. Now rice cakes aren’t supposed to have flavor, you have to make a sauce or add them to something that does have flavor and usually it soaks up the flavor. These however, did not. So no, this is not worth your money. It was soft though but all rice cakes get soft after boiling. Just remember to check with a fork to get it soft to your liking!

I have purchased this product 3 times! They arrive in a plastic bag, and I always just put the package into the refrigerator to keep them for longer. It's delicious with some cheese, it's fun to eat. If you purchase this, please make sure you also get a sauce packet or the hot pepper paste from Amazon.

I normally buy another brand but they randomly shot up in price and I decided to try another. Worst choice ever. While these are bigger than the ones I normally buy, they are the weirdest texture, gummy instead of soft and chewy like I'm used to. They also split like string cheese when you soak them, or cook with them. They didn't completely disintegrate but they turn into floppy cheesehead looking logs. I would not recommend.

I never tried it yet but it looks promising:)
