No, it doesn’t. Frankly, that’s the only thing I don’t like about this bag.

What size is it really? The listing says 15x12, but the pjoto says 39xsomething. That’s a huge difference! I want a small soze; 15x12 is perfect.

The listing is correct. (The 39 is centimeters. ) This fit under an airline seat and it also folds up to a very small package when empty. I took it to Greece and wasn't a bit sorry!
