I purchased the first one, works great! I purchased a second based on the first and NO POWER SUPPLY!I contacted Amazon who sent an email to seller. We shall wait and see what happens.Follow up: The power supply was sent and the phone (both) are working well. I would give this a strong 4 stars!

Great Phone at a Great Price
A great VOIP phone for the price. I am a telecommunications broker and sell a lot of VOIP service to business customers of all sizes. Polycom is the industry leader in VOIP phones and I have thousands of customers using this particular model. They are easy to use and reliable and they provide the necessary functionality that most standard office workers would need. I can actually get these cheaper through Amazon then I can through the manufacturer which is kind of funny. In fact one of the major VOIP providers I work with recently started buying these phones through Amazon as well because of the pricing.

Great phone for small to midsize businesses
I use my VVX 300 with my Vonage Business account, and I'm very satisfied. Setup was relatively easy using the interface through my browser, and was able to customize the phones settings and features to my liking. I plan to use a plantronics headset, and like the fact that I don't have to use a handset lifter like with older phones.The sound quality is excellent. We have a couple of these phones now in our office and other users have noticed a difference in clarity over our older system using AT&T. As we continue to expand, we will purchase more of these phones.

This is our third one for the office. A bit of a hassle setting it up. AS A TIP: find the IP Address of the phone in settings > login online through a browser by entering the IP address you found (something like ##.##.##.##) > adjust setting there.

Damaged but seller fixed the problem.
After receiving the phone and setting it up we discovered the handset did not work at all. The seller did send a replacement handset and all is good now.

Works for me
I sublet my office from someone else, so I needed to use an internet service. This works well, have had a small amount of voice quality issues. That's why just 4 stars.

If you don't need a color display, this is the perfect ip phone.
The Polycom vvx 300 is a great ip phone that is easy to provision and use.
