These are great quality wooden bookmarks. You can have hours of endless fun and cross stitch anything you want. You just google wooden bookmark patterns, or you can make your own designs. There is everything you need in the kit, lovely coloured threads and safe needles for the younger children, there is even ribbons if you want to hang them instead.It would make a lovely special personal stocking filler present.

I bought this as a little extra gift for my great niece's 9th birthday, as she likes craft things. I'd say it's an ideal starter kit for cross stitch, for any age. Once completed there will be book marks to use and keep. A bit disappointed that the kit comes in a polythene bag, rather than a little box, and the plastic needles look a bit flimsy.

I have bought this for a 99 years old lady. She is very happy to work on them. A draw line has been easily made (with a marker) on wood (front and back) for her to be followed. It is safety (plastic needle), the holes in wood are easy to work with.

I bought these for my grandchildren. They love making bookmarks. These were a great hit. A nice way to spend an afternoon. I would recommend.

Needles are made out of plastic and break easily both were broken while my son was doing his first embroidery. No instructions.

The only downside are the needles. They need to be stronger plastic

The set is lovely but the needles are not so good. Me and my daughter got half way through a bookmark snd needle broke for both of us.
