Can I use them for my fun Fetti cake?

Don't know how you want to your them. If you want to mix them in the batter, I'm not sure what the results would be since I haven't done that. The sugar sprinkles are tiny and would melt in the batter maybe making confetti-like colored spots but they might just be a swirl of color. Of course, they are perfect for decorating the icing!

Hello! We have not tested these to be used in that way and cannot confirm results. We would suggest using our food colorings!

Are these Gluten free?

I am not aware that any colored sugar product has anything to do with gluten (flour, etc.) Don't know at what kind of a facility it is produced, however.
