what is the maximum weight this can hold?

The actual box is quite sturdy, I weigh approx 78kg and can sit on it without any issues. The storage also seems sturdy but I only use it for storing extra duvets etc

Does anyone have the assembly instructions for this? It has been sent without and Amazon are being very unhelpful. Thanks
