Tongkatali.org's Tongkat Ali (Pasak Bumi) 1:200 Root Extract (100 Capsules 300 mg)

I am 57 years old, and the quality of this HIM T_K_A is turning back the clock. Diuretic fat loss, hair regrowth,good muscle and skin tone. I started a 5 day on - 2 day off cycle -3 in the morning- 3 after work out, back in August. I am benefiting sexually, in addition to enjoying a sense of youthful 'well being'. For now, all I can say is that I received my shipment in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I have only used tongkat ali for two cycles. So, I cannot say for certain the product has met my full expectations. However, I would be willing to rate this product again in the future.

I've read that true Tongkat Ali is suppose to taste bitter. I popped open one of these capsules and tasted the dark brown powder inside - it was mostly definitely not bitter. These pills have an odor reminiscent of smoked bacon, and after taking them that flavor gets burped up. As for this product's effectiveness, I can say that after using it as directed, I felt no difference. For the price I paid, I am disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.

I researched this product for some time before purchasing, and I've been taking it for about 2 weeks to date.As suggested by others online, I'm on the 3:4 schedule (3 days on 4 days off).I'm experiencing the following:Insomnia ~ I'm literally awake the ENTIRE night!!!Headache ~ Although I wouldn't call it severe headaches, it's still quite uncomfortable where it does affect the mood.

It works great when you first take it for 2.5 to 3 months then it seems to fade out. I have read other testimonials that say to take 5 days on and then 5 days off after it builds up in your body but it doesn't work that well for me. I find it better to stay on it for 3 months and take off at least a month. I am still experimenting. I am trying other test boosters in between with no luck yet.

This is my forth order of Tongkat Ali. Age is 43, I workout out 4 times a week. Heavy weighs plus cardio. Gained a lot of muscle, and can tell my test leven is high. Bonus in the bedroom too. I take it 5 days on, 2 days off. Shipping is very fast. I love it. It not a over night change, but it will kick in around week 4.

I am very happy with this product thank you. I would recommend starting with a lower dose and seeing how that works for you. I started with the recommended dose of two caps twice a day but I found it a little too much. So now I have dropped to 1 cap twice a day cycling 5 days on, two off.

Took two pills per day with lunch. I did not really see the reason to alternate on-off day cycles although i took a day or two off here and there. Product seems to work better after several weeks of using it as it takes time to build up in the system.
