I ordered this tablet for my daughter to have some learning games on it. The delivery day was supposed to be 3/20 but just received it 3/23. The setup was pretty simple. Daughter is already playing on it and loving it. The only issue was that the main charger (Pictured) does not charge the tablet. The USB cord works well but the main one doesn’t. I have noticed the battery drains pretty quickly. Even when not using it.

I have a 6 and 3 year old and wanted to get an affordable tablet for each of them. I didn't need anything super fancy but I needed something that:1. Is safe for my kids. I didn't want them to end up on the internet or inside an app that I didn't approve. I wanted security. With the Contixo tablets they come pre-installed with the Kid's Place parental controls app. It does cost an extra fee to use all the features of this app. But it's a one time fee and works on both tablets (For one price). After getting everything set up I'm very happy with it. It works great for my purposes. So CHECK!2. Allows me to hand pick the apps/games. We originally purchased the kid's Kindle Fire for each of my kids and the thing I didn't like about it was that they were always adding new apps. I couldn't just hand pick apps that I had pre-screened. This was a big problem for me. With the Contixo tablets they are simply Android tablets so I can hand pick what is installed. Within the Kid's Place app I can also pick and choose which apps my kids actually see. Double CHECK!3. Is durable and will be able to handle their abuse. The covers that come on this tablet are great. Perfect. They make the tablet super durable and safe for kids to handle. Very happy. CHECK!4. Is affordable. I don't need anything super fancy, just something affordable and safe for my kids to play on. The Contixo tablets, for me, are priced just right, especially since I only need them for my young kids. CHECK!Overall I'm loving these tablets for my kids. They get to feel like they are independent with their own (affordable) tablets and I feel at ease knowing they are safe while they use them.I will definitely be back for a purple one when my youngest (age 1) is old enough for her own tablet too. :)

Edit: After a month and a half, the screen is now broken! We're not really sure how it happened but the screen is shattered. Very upset because we can't even touch the screen!!! This is NOT a good tablet for children if the screen breaks so easily! If it wasn't for the protector there would be glass pieces everywhere!!! The tablet is now useless because the screen doesn't function properly! Guess you really get what you pay for. Really bummed!Original: My fiancé and I bought this for our 2 year old son for Christmas. We didn't want to spend a ton of money on a tablet for him in case he broke it, so the price point on this tablet was perfect. It arrived a day earlier than expected which gave us time to set it up and get it all ready for him. The set up was simple, just like an android phone or tablet. Its a good little tablet for kids, residual because it has a screen protector and silicone case. We liked being able to choose from several different colors vs the usual blue and pink. We ended up going with the dark blue because we liked it the best. He likes to watch videos on YouTube and color on the tablet. The only issue we have is battery life. From fully charged, while only watching videos, the battery will die within 2 hours. When the screen is looked at from an angle, it tends to look distorted and cheap. It serves its purpose and will hopefully bring our son a lot of joy throughout the next few years. He absolutely loves this tablet and it's able to give us our phones back!

Battery life was raved to be like 6 hrs or something. It lasted about 2 hrs of use time. It does lag on certain apps. Instructions specify that the cover is only meant to prevent scratches not to protect it from shock if it’s dropped. It’s pretty easy to navigate though and is pretty good for the price. It arrived on schedule.

Good value for the price. Decent tablet that works. Battery drains pretty quick even when the device is turned off. Screen quality is not amazing, but it is decent enough for the price

Originally I was happy with this tablet. I bought two. My son has ASD and love his YouTube kids. The first tablet broke within one hour of me giving it to him. For some reason happy or meltdowns he likes to throw his tablet. It crakced immediately. The 2nd one it took a few weeks because when he throws it, we just take it away to teach him we don't throw out things. But this time he was over someone house when the 2nd one broke. I will say if you have a child that can keep their tablets from shattering, this is for you. For others I would recommend getting a refurbished ipad old model and get an outterbox.

We love this little tablet! This is the first tablet we've purchased so I really don't have a lot to compare it to. It's not the fastest in the world, and the screen isn't iPad quality by any means, but for the price I don't think it can be beat. It's a little slow when first setting up, but after that it works flawlessly. I love the free kids apps it comes with, that don't have any ads or require subscriptions of any kind. I haven't had a chance to setup the Kid's Place feature, so I can't comment on that, but it seems like it will work really well for our family. Overall, we love it and highly recommend.

This tablet is easy to use and my daughter loves it!! After using my iPad for a while and her getting frustrated trying to figure it out I gave in and got her this tablet. I would definitely recommend this to other parents as it’s easy to use and set up well for kids as well as parents. The case that comes with it is also really durable as well which is perfect for on the go and for any parents worried about the device breaking when dropped. The screen quality could be a little bit clearer but the touch screen part is very sensitive and is still a great buy. The battery life is also really great on this device as well.

La tablet en si y su sistema operativo funcionan bien… la aplicación para kids hay que comprarla y esta muy lenta…El tamaño es adecuado, pero la pantalla no tiene tanta buena resolución…En general es regular por lo que pagas.

This tablet was purchased on Nov.21/21 just shy of one year ago. The tablets battery life was a disappointment from the get go but over the past three months it wouldn't hold a charge for more than 20 minutes. Last evening I put it on the charger and this morning I had glanced at it and noticed the case was 'bulging' I unplugged it and began to remove the case as soon as I did the backnof the tablet popped off. I am thankfull the battery did not burst. Do not waste your money, complete junk.
