I've been looking for rose extract for a long time. Found it on Amazon and got the best value! It took 3 days from order to delivery and I was very impressed. I got my bottle of memories today and I'm going to try to re-create Great Grandmas meringue cookie recipe.I'm glad I found something that I honestly thought was extinct. I can pass on this recipe to my kids and they can keep the tradition going for their kids.I will definitely buy from this company again and probably many times in the future!

This product tastes like if Strawberry Shortcake had a rose-scented friend. It provides a round, fruity flavoring that is only vaguely reminiscent of roses. It tastes like a plastic doll. Extremely disappointing

I've ordered this item twice; first in the 4 oz., then the 8 oz. The first time the rose was subtle, but effective. I used it in a drink; Sapphire gin, cucumber slices, a few drops of rose extract and tonic. Delicious. My friends own a bar and it's a favorite among the customers using gin or vodka. I had to order another bottle. This bottle was so much stronger in flavor. I think the first bottle was just an older bottle. I would definitely order this product again!

Everything is great except pouring is difficult without spilling. This is super concentrated stuff so be very careful! Love it.

Have a cake recipe that uses rose extract, but I used mine up and haven't been able to find it since Hickory Farms closed their stores. My husband surprised me with this. Guess he really likes the cake! It is strong, so use sparingly.

It smells like roses! It seems high quality and the rose scent is pretty standard. The 4oz bottle gives you a lot. It baked well in my rose custard. The shipping was also very fast and it was wrapped up well. I recommend highly if you are looking for rose extract for a great price.
