I purchased for my nitro cold brew setup and am not getting any creaminess with the pour. is there a recommended psi or am i missing something?

Quality tap

The tap works well. We use it for our nitro cold brew coffee and find that it does a good job. It is easy to clean the restrictor plate (I think that is what it's called) when it gets clogged and the flow slows. I would recommend.
