This is an absolutely amazing product! Warning the peppermint can be extremely strong and some times overwhelming but do not let this deter you because even myself who hates the smell of peppermint am willing to use this product. I purchased this to use as a general massage lotion but after one use decided it was too powerful to use like that. Instead now I use it on specific muscles that ache, are tight or sore. Natural Escapes Peppermint and Menthol Cooling Cream eases tight muscles very quickly. When applying the cream the peppermint scent gives you an invigorating feeling. Once on the skin it can act in a few different ways..sometimes it heats up, sometimes it gets cold, sometimes it has a tingling sensation and sometimes it does all three. Another great thing about Natural Escapes Peppermint and Menthol Cooling Cream is that a little bit goes a long way. I have had this bottle for over 4 months using it regularly and there is still over half the bottle left! If I had to compare it to another product I would say it is like a MUCH better Icy Hot or Tiger Balm. I would recommend this product to anyone with aches and pains but especially to athletes needing to alleviate the aches that can accompany training day in and day out. I believe the product works so well because it has a large amount of high quality peppermint essential oil which has been proven to reduce inflammation when applied topically. I personally plan on using this product for a long time to come.

I have non-diabetic neuropathy in my feet as well as erythomelalgia (burning feet syndrome), and have purchased a countless number of creams, lotions, balms, gels and sprays over the years to deal with the terrible burning sensation. This product is the best I've ever used for my burning feet. It takes a few minutes to "kick in", but when it does, the burning sensation in my feet is almost entirely eliminated. The cream has a wonderful cooling, tingling effect on my feet, which is a godsend when I get a burning feet attack. Unlike products like Bio-Freeze spray -- which provides instant cooling but lasts only a few minutes -- this cream provides cooling relief for HOURS. Case in point: I coat my feet with this cream after getting in bed and usually sleep like a baby for 7 straight hours -- something I've not been able to do for many years. The cream is a little pricey, but worth every penny if you suffer from burning feet like I do. (Note: It's much more economical to buy this cream in the 8.5 oz. jar offered by the same company. Plus, it's much easier and more convenient to use the cream in the jar versus the plastic bottle.)

Gave 4 star because my husband hasn’t use product yet. Delivery was quick! He’s finishing up a different product. This cream has a pleasant scent, picks up scent of ingredients in cream. My husband anxious to try, has a neuropathy in his feet. He’s looking for that bit of coolness.

I was looking forward to this product for relief but it was a total dud! While you CAN smell the camphor, it appears that it is just not enough or in my opinion just poor quality camphor. The ingredients were listed towards the bottom of the list so we do know from seeing THAT that there is not much of the product in this cream. It is extremely GREASY which I would not have minded had the product actually done what the seller advertised! IF this cream actually had true good quality peppermint, menthol, & camphor in it and also had a higher content of those ingredients, I am sure it would have been great AND worth the high price they charged for it. But all in all, it is my own fault for not paying attention to the order of these very important ingredients so shame on me! Definate pass on this one because you can not return it either! Ps. The ONLY thing you will smell is the poor quality stench of the camphor!

Product was poorly wrapped and had leaked. While it smells like menthol, it offers no cooling effect. I wanted this to put on my feet at night to help soften and give a cooling effect. While the cream is light and adsorbs well, it is not what it advertised as.

Between gardening and standing for hours canning, my feet and legs get soooo sore in the summer, and this product gives amazing relief. Just as a comparison, I ordered two other brands of foot cream with camphor and menthol (I knew what I wanted): one Italian brand that I discovered in Florence years ago that is $50 for 100ml and another Israeli brand that is $22 for 150ml. Neither of those pricey brands came close to the Natural Escapes brand for effectiveness, not to mention value. I’m hooked, and on my second order. It’s a light weight cream that absorbs easily and provides immediate cooling comfortable relief from soreness, tightness and pain as well as moisturizing for my poor feet. The cooling effect lasts for quite a while as well, so there is no need for frequent reapplication. The scent isn’t too strong, but I am a fan of the smell of mint, menthol and camphor. I would suggest that you remember to use cool or tepid water to wash your hands after use - not hot. Huge fan of this product.

I am in my 80's with very sensitive dry skin and I am very pleased with this product! While searching for relief from a painful itchy back and not wanting to use cortical steroids , I came upon this item with favorable reviews. So glad I purchased it! I had almost instant relief from the first application. I really like that all the ingredients are all natural and listed. While it doesn't bother me some may object to its rather strong scent ; camphor , menthol, peppermint ., but it goes away rather quickly while the relief remains and your skin feels good after. Also the site is very nice with a lot of natural products!

This cream seems to eleviate the pain somewhat. I've just started using it and I am impressed. The first time it seemed as though the pain in my foot was gone. However, I'm going to continue to use it day and night and hope it does what it says. I like that there is no smell. It beats taking prescription pills. I think you have to try it for yourself and see if it works. I do recommend it.
