As per title, if you also buy the silicon case, you will have a very well protected camera which you can “chuck around” without too much fear.This item is a solid sheet of thin glass as opposed to the ‘films’ available elsewhere so offers greater protection (in my opinion).I would advise that you practice aligning the protector with the screen because once it is stuck on, you really don’t want to remove it. And it stays on well - mine has been attached for a good while now and no indication of it weakening its bond.If you want to protect the screen of this camera, this is the protector I recommend.

Was easy to fit and does a good job keeping the screen safe. It doesn't eliminate glare and reflections but it does reduce them a lot which makes taking photos a lot easier in bright light, so very useful as the camera has no viewfinder.

Fitted the screen perfectly.

I fitted this to a brand new Canon 5DS straight out of the box.. I followed the instructions and do have a good level of experience fitting screen protectors to different devices. The main rear screen fitted fine (so far).. however, both top screens have a slight bend in them (the wrong way) so neither fitted flush to the edge.. there was no way to bend them the other way or straighten them.. absolutely, useless so I took it off.. there's probably better options out there..
