I have bought this for my son & he’s panicking because it’s in French. He’s not opening it incase it has to go back-will it definitely be in English?

There are 2 versions both the same accept the deluxe version or the more expensive one has the old PS4 version of Spiderman as well. As I already have that I bought the cheaper version . They both are the original UK versions

Different version but still worked perfectly

UK buyer: I bought this French version of the game by mistake but it works absolutely fine and the in-game dialogue is english. The only difference you'll find is that the usual jargon you'd find on the back of the box is in French. Great game!

Excellent launch game for the PS5

GRAPHICS & TECH PERFORMANCE - 9.5 / 10- Fantastic and frequently stunning. Ray-tracing on Fidelity mode looks fantastic, and the game clearly wants to capitalise on it wherever possible, with high-gloss interiors as well as the obvious outdoor scenes (windows, puddles, cars, etc.)- Textures have a pretty crazy detail and resolution level. Try out Photo mode on Fidelity mode - you can zoom in to the stitching on the suit + gloves, or see Manhattan reflected in his eye lenses- Performance mode runs silky smooth on the PS5, though I stuck to Fidelity for the most part to keep the RT- Reflections occasinally look a little low-res; NPC animations occasionally a litle janky, hence the 9.5STORYTELLING / PERFORMANCES - 9.5/10- Performances are excellent across the board, as is the overall storytelling- Coupled with the excellent graphics, facial animations, and Mo-Cap, this makes for a pretty compelling and immersive storyline, albeit one that is shorter when compared to other similar AAA games (including the first Spider-Man)GAMEPLAY - 9/10- Web-slinging and traversal is excellent and pretty much flawless- Combat is really solid, a little more streamlined and less gadget-heavy than the first one which makes sense story-wise, and the use of Miles' electro powers is great- Missions and gameplay can be a touch repetitive, but that's a very minor quibble when it's all this tight and well doneOverall I give it an 8-8.5/10 - while what's there is truly excellent, it's a little light and short on main content for a full-value game when compared to some of the other AAA titles out there. Still 100% recommended though
